“Skippy The Drum Machine”
“Skippy The Drum Machine” has four showings across two days in St Joseph, MO in it’s library system, promoting musical practice, improv, and literacy to all age audiences through the art form of beatboxing and looping. Made possible in partnership with Downtown Library (July 8), Carnegie Branch Library (July 8), East Hills Library (July 9), and Washington Park Library (July 9).

“Boots, Andy, Cats”
A dancing owl, a singing fairy, and beatboxing cat meet through rhythms and patterns in "Boots, Andy, Cats," a 45-minute musical combining storytelling and music education for all ages. There will be a 15-minute talk back with the cast to discuss process and questions from the audience. This musical workshop is made possible from the Identities Performance Grant by InterUrban ArtHouse & National Endowment For the Arts.

Mark your calendar for “Napoleon Dynamite’s Musical Parody,” celebrating the cult movie’s legacy with live versions of featured music, iconic moments from the film, and personal touches integrating Kansas City culture. Luke “Skippy” Harbur stars as Napoleon Dynamite alongside other professional Kansas City-based performers.

After a near sold out run in Fall 2024, “1309” remounts at Greenwood Social Hall to tell the story of Mazzy, a queer child growing up in a rural, Midwestern town. Luke “Skippy” Harbur reprises his role as Tony, an abusive stepfather, alongside other professional Kansas City-based performers. Made possible in partnership with Charlotte Street Foundation’s Rocket Grant program.
